Advice Academy

The Advice Academy provides specialist training for advice professionals (Advice Quality Standard) and generalist training for charities and other community partners interested in advice.

Delivered by a collective of local Citizens Advice offices, we use our experience and comprehensive understanding of the advice sector to deliver engaging and relevant courses – empowering organisations to support people in their communities.

From short insight sessions to all day workshops, introductory to experienced, our courses are designed to meet your organisation’s learning and development needs.

Training levels

Our courses are pitched at different levels to ensure attendees get the most out of their training. If you’re not sure what level is right to you, get in touch and we
